| so i'm sitting here bored out of my mind and just about dead tired but
i dont want to go to bed. like, i wanna go to sleep, but i dont
want to cuz i could be doing other stuff right now, like HW...
considering the progress report i got today was incredibly
disappointing..  ugh.. i cant believe
how much i'm letting myself slack.. ::sigh:: oh well, hopefully i'll be
able to bring them all up. I even have a B in flags.. thats
sad. but marching season's over tomorrow for good and no more
morning practices!! yaya! lol, i got my November calendar for guard
other day and it is EMPTY. :D so i'll have more time for
other stuff unless i wanna start on my ensemble which i'm terribly
confused about right now. I found out i can only do one
ensemble.. that's a problem.. but other than that, i'm looking foward
to everything else. wanna go out tomorrow night after the game,
but everyone's busy and stuff. oh well, you can never get too
much sleep. :] well, maybe you can, but thats beside the point. :P
i really wanna go out and do some community service now that i have
time.. maybe volunteer at a daycare or help build something or
something, i dunno. i just wanna help ppl. lol, i'm weird.
Actually right now i just feel like laying down somewhere really
peaceful and contemplate (wow, big word, tho i'm not sure what it
means) or just think about everything. or maybe sit and talk
about everything with someone that likes to express their thoughts and
talk a lot. lol. ah well.. i sound retarded so change of
subject.. :P
umm.. haha, not much to say really.. so yea.. :] guess i'll go do something else now.. feeling philosophical.. :P ttyl!

| hey there! :D hehe, well, i'm sitting here waiting for van to get
back so i can help her with her physics... and nothing really to
say/update on. me and my dull life. :P lol, well, we lost to
REAGAN last week. that is sad. =/ and this saturday we go against
Lee. man, i tell you, if we lose to them, that will be... words
cannot describe it. but hopefully, we dont lose so yea. :] umm..
what else.. oh, i went to Nightmare on Grayson other day. yea, i
know O_O i only went though cuz Brittnie really wanted me there for
something so i went and it was sorta a couple thing so i asked jonathan
andrew smith-coleigh (he wont tell me his real name, loser.. )
to go with me and he was cool with it. so he was my date, but we
went as friends, ya know? hope he didnt take it the wrong way.. O_o i
dunno, and there's rumors around about stuff now so gotta go find him
tomorrow.. anywho, yea, the "haunted house" was kinda of a
disappointment. i was all expecting this SUPER-scary place where
i was gonna freak out and everything.. but there was a path and light
and everything so it wasnt that bad. i'm pretty sure i cut off
the circulation in jonathan andrew's arm a couple times, but other than
that, it wasnt that bad, unlike brit who practically screamed the
entire time.. poor jose.. :P lol, other than that, i havent had much
time to go out lately. i seriously paid for going to Nightmare the next
couple of nights... wanna go to Macbeth tomorrow, but my dad's
making me go to the temple again.. ugh.. and i dont have time to go
anywhere this weekend.. loaded with HW once again. fun.. :)
so i found out today that i have a C and
two B's. wOw. thats got to be a first for me. oh well. its funny
cuz i'm not freaking out over it like i'd normally do.. something must
be wrong with me. lol hah, i guess i must just be more pre-occupied
with other stuff right now. Tip for guys: dont "like" a girl just
cuz you find out from someone else that she likes you. thats dumb. and
another thing to keep in mind: dont be afraid to make the first move
and find out whats there. come on now, i know thats really
old-fashioned but i truely believe in guys making the first move.
but i see guys left and right too scared to do anything, waiting for
girls to show interest in them first... in that case, girls, those guys
arent worth dating if they dont even like you enough to take a risk and
try for you. it doesnt even have to be anything big, i mean, it
can be just a date (see Kelvin?!?!?! i'm not talking about you).
asking for a date is not the same as asking someone to go out with you
and its a good time to see how y'all really feel about each other.
anyway, enuf about that stuffies. :P on with.. umm.. winterguard! lol,
guard never fails. marching season's almost over!!!!!!! :D 
yaya! i'm excited! winterguard's almost here! i'm gonna do a rifle (and
sabre, maybe) ensemble with JT, not sure what song yet.. and maybe a
solo.. you think i should do one? i dunno.. and for the entire guard, i
know it's up to ashley to decide what we do, but i'd really like to do
"desert rose" by sting. i mean, it has variation and those icky
pink tops we have wont go with it so we wont have to wear them. :] lol,
but JT's pestering him to do Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. =/
that'd be cool too but i always thought of winterguard as something a
lil more serious; a time to do actual music unlike the disney stuff we
have to do in marching season. i really liked doing "time after time"
and "first circle", and then now doing something fun and juvenile like
Charlie and Choco Fac. would be a change.. oh, well.. as long as the
work is still fun and we still win, right? :) either or, looking foward
to it. no more darn morning practices! it's soooo cold now! it's
only 60-70 but to me, thats like, freezing. i like the weather in the
afternoons tho. i dont mind it at all. Nice and chilly with the
sun out and no wind. :] thats perfect.. so it's not really hot or cold.
hehe, but it's not gonna last long, i dont think. anywho, think i'ma go
to bed now. so i cya later! :D

| hmm.. what to say, what to say. =/ not really in the mood, awfully
tired. either or, just "updating" for my buddy juan over there
who's being all O:]. see that circle on top? thats a hollow
brain. but yea, i dunno what to tell/say to him half the time
anymore. i'm so hypocritical all the time now cuz i want so much,
but yet i dont want it. doesnt make sense does it? ah well.. not much
does so i guess it all works out, right? just smile and slowly nod
yes... :)
so i got my report card yesterday. it was retarded. i somehow got 93 in
pre-cal when EVERY single of my progress reports that i get just about
every other day from mrs. rademacher said i have around a 96.
english grade still sucks too. =\ but i cant complain, seeing as i got
a B last year, grades this year are pretty good. i got a new spot
in the marching show. i despise it... spacing is horrible cuz the
person in front of me is always to close to the person in front of her
so i cant base my spacing off of her's since she's wrong so i have to
turn around all the time. so yea, last perfomance sucked.
and there's no one really to talk to over there. i wanna be next
to JT again.. that boy always cracks me up. :D not necessarily a good
thing when it's in the middle of the show, but its all good. :]
but i'm really glad UIL is next monday cuz that means there's no more
morning band every morning and also that marching season's almost
over. i think thats a good thing, but also not. i mean, i like
marching and all that, but i think i prefer winterguard more. i dunno,
i guess guard is losing its flair or something cuz it's not the same as
it used to be. well, to me it isnt anyway.
i always seem to be tired all the time now.. its weird. and disturbing.
i dont like it. :[ for once, i'm not confused (except in french
and physics) but now i just don't know. either way, life goes on and i
dont want all my entries to be all depressing sooo.. hehe, i cant think
of anything incredibly happy or preppy to write on so i guess i'ma go
now.. later

| ok, so i had this awesome entry about today, mainly the Preview. but
right when i was about to finish, the power went out and i lost
it. and you know how when you write something for the 2nd time,
its not the same? yea, well, after being scared for a bit (it was pitch
black) the excitement from the performance kinda died off. so
even if i was to write about it now, it wouldnt be the same. =\
so in short, the officer routine was AWESOME!!! :D i'd write more
about its spiffiness, but like i said, the excitement's died off and
i'm tired. so yea, later

oh, and my two co-captains (liz and brit), i'm sooo proud of yall!!!! :D
